Rowan Moon guarantee that all goods on offer are as described on the website and are fit for their intended purpose. Should any product fail to meet our high standards it will be replaced immediately. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Orders can only be accepted from customers who are 18 years or older. If you are under 18 years of age you are welcome to browse our website but regret that we are unable to accept any order from you.
Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England, Scotland and Wales.

Payment
Payment for goods ordered can be made by any major credit or debit card.
In the event of payment being declined by your card issuer, Rowan Moon shall not be responsible for any costs or inconvenience caused by a subsequent delay in despatch. If you do not wish to pay by card, please contact us for alternatives.

Orders Over £50.00 Free postage and packing
For express and international delivery, please ask us for a quote.
Delivery
We aim for you to receive your order within 7 days but this maybe delayed due to making the products by hand in small batches. We will advise you of any delays.
Guarantee
We have a NO Quibble Guarantee, We are all individual & we have endeavoured to make a variety of products, these may not suit everyone. If your product does not suit your skin, please contact us using our web site contact form, or call 0113 2560861 before returning it within 7 days of receipt with your comments for a full refund(delivery cost excluded).
Cancellation of order
You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of placing it with us, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer) but any goods may be returned within 14 days from the day they are received providing they are unopened and unused. If they are unopened and unused or you cancel your order before we send out your parcel, we will be happy to refund your full payment, excluding return postage costs (if applicable). This is in addition to your statutory rights.
We will be happy to replace any faulty goods or redress any errors that we have made in connection with an order.
Rowan Moon will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods returned until they are received at our address 19 St Peters Mount, Leeds LS13 3NF, and we strongly recommend that returns are sent by Recorded Delivery or some other means of tracked delivery system.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Rowan Moon. Please note, we do not refund any carriage charges paid.
Lost or Damaged Goods
If your product is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us by phone or email info@rowanmoon.co.uk. In the case of damage please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
